What makes photographing architecture special? Capturing the work of architects and designers is as exciting as photographing a fascinating person: There are many angles, perspectives, even moods. The challenges must be assessed, and full planning and coordination are necessary for a successful assignment. I love this quote from Renzo Piano: "One of the great beauties of architecture is that each time, it is like life starting all over again." That is how I feel when I begin an architectural assignment.
